We believe children at this age learn best through play. For that reason, we do not place a premium on academics at this phase, but instead create an atmosphere where joy, wonder, and imagination can flourish. Our days together are full of stories and song, movement and making. Children are gently introduced to:
- Prayer
- Fairy tales and delightful read-alouds
- Nursery and movement games
- Art and handicrafts
-Nature study and time outdoors
- Singing and recitation
And always- lots and lots of free play
These “common subjects” are shared not only for the children’s sake, but also as a way for mothers to learn and delight alongside them.
